Dr. Cindy Wolt

Dr. Wolt is a compassionate, skilled dentist providing advanced, patient-centered care. She combines state-of-the-art materials and procedures with a commitment to fostering optimal oral health. Dr. Wolt values building strong relationships with her patients, taking the time to understand their unique needs, and thoroughly explaining treatment options to ensure personalized care.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in 2000, Dr. Wolt completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2004. She further honed her expertise through a general practice residency at the Veteran’s Memorial Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Committed to continuous learning, Dr. Wolt has pursued advanced education in implant surgery, sleep apnea, and cosmetic dentistry.
Residing in New Albany with her four children, Dr. Wolt remains dedicated to enhancing her practice with the latest techniques and innovations. She provides high-quality, personalized dental care in a safe, comfortable, hygienic environment.

Dr. Louai Salaita
DDS
Dr. Louai Salaita is proud to be the first prosthodontist serving Johnstown and Licking County, Ohio, making Elements Dental one of the few practices in central Ohio with an in-house prosthodontist. A prosthodontist is a dentist who completes an additional three years of specialized training after dental school, focusing on the art and science of restoring and replacing teeth with custom solutions.
Before transitioning to full-time private practice, Dr. Salaita was the director of the denture, crown and bridge, and implant clinics at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. With extensive experience, he has performed thousands of successful procedures, including extractions, crowns and bridges, dentures, and dental implants. His expertise in placing and restoring dental implants has earned him recognition as a sought-after speaker for dentists and specialists nationwide.
Dr. Salaita’s groundbreaking research in dental implants has been featured in respected publications, including The Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry, the most widely read journal in prosthodontics. His clinical interests include cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, implant-supported dentures, and smile makeovers. As a self-proclaimed dental phobe, Dr. Salaita prioritizes patient comfort, creating personalized and gentle treatment plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
Dr. Salaita resides in Westerville with his wife, Dr. Rashelle Salaita, an orthodontist practicing in the area, and their three children, Evelyn, Victor, and Zane. Together, they are committed to making a positive impact on their community through exceptional dental care.
